We are one of the
few Web Design Studio's on the world wide
web that has its Detailed Costing and Terms
of Business online. We do not quote our
business negotiations based on the client's
financial background or their budget. We
strongly believe in transparency and clarity
in business.

75% advance by cheque payable to Rohit
Mehta at New Delhi and delivery against
balance 25% (cleared cheque) payment.
(50/25/25 option available)
For maintenance / Updation work : 100%
advance by bank transfer.
For search engine submissions /seo :
100% advance.
For International payments, kindly use
our ICICI Swift Code/Bank Transfer.
Website work will start only after receipt
of 75% advance payment along with confirmed
and irrevocable purchase order on company
letterhead.
Advance received on / at time of proposal
acceptance will not be refunded in case
of cancellation of the project
by
the client, for any reason whatsoever.
Once we receive client's confirmed and
irrevocable purchase order and all formalities
are met, we provide within 3-4 working
days, the final design in slide (.jpg)
format for reference/approval. This
initial design may differ from the final
website design. Upon approval at this
stage we will commence final coding
procedures and maintain strict delivery
schedules.
Any changes (mistakes or modifications)
in the DESIGN after approval stage by
the client will be charged extra.
In the event that the submitted design
is not approved, a new design is submitted
based on client's new/final inputs.
The previous design remains the copyrighted
property of eevisions portfolio and
may be used for some other client.
Delivery to be scheduled. Usually 15
to 30 days.
(Provided content/material is provided
to us in time)
Minimum Order Requirement : Rs. 50,000.
One order is under process, all website
artwork, html coded pages, images etc,
remain the property of eevisions and
will not be uploaded online or given
to client for demo/group discussion/final
approval, till the final payment is
not realised. Progress will be shown
on our laptop at client's location.
Site will be launched against 100% cleared
payment.
Eevisions is not responsible for guaranteed
search engine submissions/listings as
policies, internal page ranks, keyword
competition, etc., depend on and differ
from one search engine company to another.
These 3 packages do not include paid
submissions/pay per click submissions
or sponsored listings. The costing for
those vary and constitute a separate
package on request. We use the free
submissions gateways of all search engines
for submissions.
We will not be responsible for copyright/piracy
issues related to material/content and
all information/content/images will
be copyright 2007 clientname.com
All our website designs are only optimized
for high speed broadband access / IE
6 / 1024x768 resolution / 32 bit colour.
We do not cater to 800x600 resolutions
and slow web access speeds unless requested
by client in writing.
Eevisions had tied up with one of India's
leading hosting company. However, we
are not responsible for Email/hosting/server
conditions/uptime etc. We are merely
providing a service and will represent
you with the service providing company.
Balance 25% payment will be issued by
Bank transfer/cheque against site launch.
Client can check site and can inform
us about any changes, mistakes or modifications
in the project, if any (provided that
changes are part of scope of work) within
3 days. Changes on the site 3 days after
launch date will be charged extra.
