SAVERS ORDERING INFORMATION
To Order :
We require your signed Purchase Order, along with
75% advance payment. You can forward / email / courier
us your brochure / catalogue / profile, written
text, and glossy photographs. One project takes
approx. 15-30 days to complete. If you are unable
to provide photographs for certain aspects of your
business, we can provide them from our 75,000 strong
Kodak photocd database.
Costing : Prices
are an all-inclusive, one time development fee.
There are no future royalty costs. Normally when
our clients get a campaign made, the final product
is loaded at their end, along with a hard copy on
a master cd. To avoid headache of duplictating the
master cd, they let us know the number of additional
copies (cd’s) they require and we diskcopy the same
at a nominal extra fee.
A customised screen saver consists of 15 to 35 Frames
(Slides). Entire screen saver comes as a single
exe and can be easily used and played with a keystroke.
We also provide you with an Installation program,
customized in your company’s name. The final software
will be supplied to you on a master CD. Additionally,
we can make a attractive and trendy website, or
edit your existing site, to host the screen saver,
for viewing and download.

Charges
:
Screen Saver : Rs. 45,000/- to Rs. 65,000/- depending
on content and work involved. Prices are an all-inclusive,
one time development fee. The final product is loaded
at the client’s end, along with a hard copy on a
master cd, which can be disk copied by them to make
additional copies.
Additional Copies (If made by us):
Rs.
75/- each. Inclusive of imported cd, cd jacket with
client’s logo and profile. Designed and
Colour printed.
Terms
:
Screen Saver work will start only after receipt
of 75% advance payment along with confirmed and
irrevocable purchase order on company letterhead.
Advance received on / at time of proposal acceptance
will not be refunded in case of cancellation of
the project
by the client, for any
reason whatsoever.
Delivery to be scheduled. Usually 15 to 30 days.
Balance 25% payment will be
issued by Bank transfer/cheque against site launch.
Client can check site and can inform us about any
changes, mistakes or modifications in the project,
if any (provided that changes are part of scope
of work) within 3 days. Changes on the site 3 days
after launch date will be charged extra.
